Burlington, VT-Ranked #3
Lake Placid, NY-Ranked #7 So, I always knew I was not crazy for loving the area I live in. Forbes Travel Magazine helps to validate the reason I still live in Plattsburgh, NY. I live less than an hour away from two of their "prettiest" towns in America. They are Burlington, VT (#3) and Lake Placid, NY (#7). I totally agree with them.
